NICK PRICE is currently in his third year of studies towards a BMus in classical guitar performance under the tutelage of Dr. Jane Curry at the New Zealand School of Music. After picking up the guitar at age 14, he studied under Ross Townsend in New Plymouth before studying with Matthew Marshall in 2009-10 at the NZSM. He has played in masterclasses for many acclaimed artists such as Maria Isabel Siewers and Miguel Trapaga. He is a recipient of Dame Malvina Major Elite Tertiary scholarships, and the 2009 winner of the Muriel May Memorial Scholarship performance competition.
